Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the sphere of protection of the atmospheric air and is aimed at ensuring of the rights of citizens to favourable environment and access to reliable information related to the state thereof. Regional Government shall perform economic stimulation of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs performing the following activities: (a) application of the best available technologies with a view of reduction of emissions to the atmospheric air; (b) elaboration and manufacturing of alternative fuels and refining diesel fuel in compliance with the European standards; (c) technical servicing and maintenance of motor vehicles using alternative fuels; and (d) utilization of ecofriendly processes and methods.
