Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of management of industrial and consumer waste with a view of preventing hazardous impact thereof on human health and environment, and also recycling thereof for the purpose of its utilization as additional source of raw materials. In order to ensure protection of environment and human health, reduction of waste formation rates of waste formation and limits of waste disposal shall be applicable to individual entrepreneurs and legal persons economic activities of which cause waste formation.
