This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The scope of this Regional Law shall be delimitation of plenary powers between state bodies in the sphere of water management. Regional Cabinet of ministers shall exercise the following plenary powers: (a) ownership, management and administration of public waterbodies; (b) approval of normative legal acts regulating water management; (c) establishment of rates of water charges; (d) water resources monitoring; (e) reservation of sources of potable and domestic water supply sources; and (f) superv
