Abstract This Regional Law determines the amount, terms and conditions, and procedure for the allocation and payment of the state social assistance. State social assistance shall be of the following types: (a) state social assistance on the basis of a social contract; and (b) state social assistance to low-income families and low-income single citizens. State social assistance for low-income families and for single-income citizens shall be allocated in the form of social assistance to citizens who have lost their housing facility. State social assistance and social assistance for certain categories of citizens shall be allocated by the body authorized by the Regional Government.
