Abstract The rightholders of land plots are obliged to carry out measures to remove weed cow parsnip (Heracleum) from land plots that are in their ownership, possession or tenancy. Measures for the removal of weed cow parsnip (Heracleum) can be carried out in the following ways: (a) chemical - spraying foci of growth with herbicides and (or) arboricides; (b) mechanical - mowing, harvesting dry plants, digging out the root system; and (c) agrotechnical - tillage, sowing of perennial grasses. Control over the implementation of this Law is exercised by the central executive body of state power of the Moscow region of special competence, which carries out executive and administrative activities in the territory of the Moscow region in the field of state administrative and technical supervision (with the exception of control over the implementation of measures to remove weed cow parsnip (Heracleum) from land plots).
