Abstract This Regional Law establishes that forest parcels shall be conceded to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs for organization of hunting in accordance with lease contracts. Forest management for hunting purposes authorizes the following activities: (a) biotechnical arrangements; (b) harvest woody forage; (c) keeping of wild animals in captive and semi-captive conditions; and (d) obtain from lessors information on forest parcel conceded for hunting purposes. The following requirements shall be met: (a) protection of wild fauna species and natural habitats thereof; (b) prevention of environmental damages; and (c) post-harvest treatment of forest parcels.
