Abstract Article 4.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Exceptional case of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contract, without allotment of forest parcels, of forest species for public and municipal needs shall be procurement of fir trees (spruces) and other coniferous forest species for New Year festivities”.
