Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of production, procurement, storage, trade and use of seeds of agricultural crops recorded in the State Register of selection achievements and authorized for use on the regional territory. Only seeds complying with seed variety and seed quality standards shall be used for seed growing. Use of seeds infected with pests, diseases, quarantine organisms and weeds shall be prohibited for sowing. Trade of lots of seeds shall be authorized exclusively in the presence of phytosanitary certificate. Producers of seeds shall guarantee compliance of seeds with certified qualities thereof and in case of offences shall be liable to administrative proceedings. Full text Russian Website regzakon.fpa.su
