Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of production, procurement, storage, trade and use of seeds of agricultural crops recorded in the State Register of selection achievements and authorized for use on the regional territory. Only seeds complying with seed variety and seed quality standards shall be used for seed growing. Use of seeds infected with pests, diseases, quarantine organisms and weeds shall be prohibited for sowing.
