Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of retail trade and vending of liquors, declaration and licensing of retail trade and vending thereof. All vendors of liquors must regularly submit declaration of the amount of sold liquors. Retail trade and vending of liquors shall be subject to mandatory licensing. Maximum period of validity of licence shall be five years and it shall be subject to renewal. Licences shall be nominal. Licence shall contain the name of licensing authority, organizational, legal status and location of trading organization – licence holder, its location, type of produce authorized for vending, licensed activity, period of validity of licence and date of issue.
