Entry into force notes

This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “organization and carrying out industrial, artisanal and sport fishing except for fisheries in protected areas and except for fish species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation, anadromous and catadromous fish species. And transboundary fish species”.
