Abstract This Regional Law establishes the right of public access to information on forecast and resultant natural and technological disasters, consequences thereof, and also on radiation, chemical, medical and biological, explosive and ecological safety. The aforesaid information must be granted by public authorities that must inform the population through early warning system.
