Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating between regional producers of agricultural commodities and natural persons, legal persons and local government in the sphere of agricultural development. The main objectives of regional agricultural policy shall be as follows: (a) development of efficient agricultural production; (b) improvement of competitivity of regional agricultural commodities; (c) conservation and reproduction of regional natural resources for agricultural purposes; and (d) raising investments in agriculture. Regional agrarian policy shall be based upon accessibility of state subsidies to regional agricultural producers irrespectively of the form of ownership.
