Abstract This Regional Law regulates legal, organizational and financial issues of safeguarding public health, including sanitary and hygienic aspects, and sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Protection of public health shall include supply of nutrition for dietary uses to disabled children. Authorized state regional institution in the sphere of public health shall carry out assessment of the state of public health.
