Abstract This Regional Law establishes rules of forest management for hunting purposes. Forest management for hunting purposes shall not impede free stay of citizens in forests except for cases envisaged by Forest Code. Hunting in forests shall be regulated by contracts concluded by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs with forest administration. Hunting managers shall have the duty to carry out biotechnical arrangements aimed at raising the number of wild fauna species subject to hunting.
