Abstract This Regional law regulates relates originating between producer, vendor and consumer of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs and trade, import and supply of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs on regional market. Safety of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs shall be considered basic and indispensable condition for ensuring quality thereof. This Regional Law shall be applicable also to beverages, liquors, mineral and natural potable water. It shall not be applicable to homemade foodstuffs and subsistence farming. Rules and regulations related to food quality and food safety shall be mandatory for producers and vendors. Alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs, including food additives, and public catering facilities shall be subject to mandatory certification. Full text Russian Website regzakon.fpa.su
