Abstract This Regional law regulates relates originating between producer, vendor and consumer of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs and trade, import and supply of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs on regional market. Safety of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs shall be considered basic and indispensable condition for ensuring quality thereof.
