Abstract This Regional Law establishes legal grounds for state support and stimulation of agricultural production through authorized regional state executive bodies and in some cases by local government. State support in the form of incentives shall be allocated out of regional budget within available finances envisaged for the current fiscal year. State support to the producers of agricultural commodities shall be destined for the following measures: (a) partial reimbursement of credits for purchase of agricultural equipment; (b) partial reimbursement for purchase of planting materials of fruit species and elite seeds of agricultural species; (c) compensation for sold milk, dairy products, eggs, fish, poultry and young livestock; and (d) partial reimbursement of expenditure to breeders of rare livestock species.
