Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the process of geological study, exploration and mining, subsoil management of areas containing common minerals and minerals of local significance. Subsoil management can be performed in accordance with product-sharing agreements. Subsoil shall be public property and subsoil management shall be subject to mandatory licensing. Subsoil plots cannot be object of purchase and sale, gift, succession and inheritance, deposit, contribution, mortgage or any other form of alienation.
