Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of concession of subsoil, prospecting, exploration, mining of common widespread minerals. Subsoil can be concede either for carrying one or a combination of more than one of the aforesaid activities. Subsoil shall be conceded by decisions of the authorized state regional institution in the sphere of subsoil management. Subsoil management shall be performed in accordance with licence requiring payment of licence fees. Concession of subsoil for management shall be allowed exclusively after state assessment of the stock of minerals in mineral deposits.
