Abstract This Regional Law establishes that hunting management on forest parcels shall be carried out by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with forest parcel lease contracts. Hunting managers shall be granted the following rights: (a) carry out improvement of forest parcels with a view of improvement of habitats of wild fauna species; and (b) keep and breed in semi-captive conditions wild fauna species subject to hunting. Hunting managers must: (a) ensure conservation of forest ecosystems; (b) observe forest fire and sanitary rules and regulations; (c) use forest parcels for specified purposes in accordance with lease contract arrangements; and (d) submit forest declaration to the lessor within the established deadline.
