This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law regulates some issues in the sphere of protection of public health. Regional Government shall have the following competence: (a) protection of human rights in the sphere of health protection; (b) introduction of restrictive arrangements (quarantine) in accordance with orders and instructions issued by Chief State Sanitary Inspector; (c) establishment of the modalities for practising popular medicine; and (d) performance of other plenary powers in the sphere of protection of public health in accordance with provisions of federal and regional legislation.
