Abstract This Regional Law regulates forest relations including the issues of forest management and forest ownership, validation of the modalities and the amount of timber extraction by citizens for individual personal needs, procurement on non-timber forest products and forest management for hunting purposes. Citizens shall be authorized to perform timber extraction for individual personal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species in the form of clear and selective cutting. Cutting of trees (birch) for procurement of birchbark shall be prohibited. Plots of forests can be used for hunting management purposes by legal persons and natural persons registered as individual entrepreneurs. Full text Russian Website www.fpa.su
