This Regional Law enters into force on 1 January 2021.
Abstract

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Bread producers shall be intended legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the production of bread and its subsequent independent sale thereof to the population in rural settlements located in a trading station in a municipality in the region, included in the regional register of trading stations in accordance with acting legislation.” Annex is supplemented with formula for calculating subsidies to bread producers.
