Abstract

This Regional Law establishes exceptional cases of timber extraction (spruce and other coniferous forest species) as fuelwood for public and municipal needs, timber extraction as part of regional and long-term programs, and by citizens and legal persons in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species without allotment of forest parcels for New Year festivities (from 1 to 31 December), related to forest parcels subject to clearing (fire-breaks, glades, forest roads) that do not require conservation of young growth and plantations.
