This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes modalities and rates of timber extraction by citizens for individual personal needs, harvesting and procurement of edible and non-edible non-timber forest resources, use of forests for hunting management, and puchase and sale of forest species in accordance with contracts. Rates of timber extraction for individual personal needs shall be established as follows: (a) for housing construction – 50 cubic metres once-only per family; (b) for repairs – 20 cubic metres onc
