This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the rights and the duties of persons carrying out forest management for hunting purposes. Forest managers shall have the following rights: (a) to carry out biotechnical arrangements with a view to increase the number of wild fauna species; (b) to procure feed; (c) to improve forested land areas in accordance with forest plans; (d) to have access to information related to forest parcels conceded on lease for hunting management; and (e) keep and breed wild fauna speci
