Abstract This Regional Law establishes requirements for management of forests allotted for hunting. Hunting management shall be prohibited in green belts and forest parks. Forest parcels for hunting shall be conceded to natural and legal persons for hunting management in accordance with lease contracts. Hunting can be subject to restrictions for protection of rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species.
