Abstract This Regional Law establishes requirements for management of forests allotted for hunting. Hunting management shall be prohibited in green belts and forest parks. Forest parcels for hunting shall be conceded to natural and legal persons for hunting management in accordance with lease contracts. Hunting can be subject to restrictions for protection of rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species. Hunting managers shall have the right: (a) to carry out biotechnical arrangements; (b) procure forest resources for rendering hunting services; and (c) obtain information on forest plots. Hunting mangers shall have the following duties: (a) observe forest legislation ensuring conservation of biological diversity; (b) observe forest fire safety, sanitary and reforestation arrangement; (c) prevent damages to forest vegetation; and (d) pay lease fees within established deadline.
