Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of distribution of hunting permits between hunters carrying out hunting in common access hunting grounds located on the regional territory. Distribution of hunting permits shall be carried out in accordance with applications submitted by hunters. It establishes the following wild fauna protection arrangements: (a) hunting of wolf as harmful animal; (b) preparation of salt licks and or feeding sites; (c) participation in patrolling as wild fauna protective arrangement; and (d) registration of wild fauna species, including birds in autumn and winter, including migration of the aforesaid species. Up to 50 percent of hunting permits shall be distributed among hunters that take part in the aforesaid wild fauna protection arrangements.
