Abstract This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right for timber extraction of forest species for individual personal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species for residential housing construction and heating. Timber extraction and logging shall be carried out within the period of validity of purchase and sale contract of forest species.
