This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of the price of land plots pertaining to regional state ownership and plots of land with undelimited state ownership in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contracts for such plots of land without tenders and open-ended payment. In particular, price of land shall be equal to 15 percent of its cadastre value in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contract of agricultural land plot located within the boundaries of urban land area without constructions nor edifices thereon previously allotted to and agricultural organization or peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or hereditary lifelong possession in case of sale thereof to the aforesaid agricultural organization or peasant farm.
