This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of procurements of edible non-timber forest products and collection of medicinal plants by citizens for individual personal needs. Non-timber edible forest products shall be considered wild growing fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms, forestry seeds, woody juices. Procurement of the aforesaid resources by citizens in forests shall be free of charge. Stay of citizens in forests can be restricted or prohibited due to forest fire risks. Procurement of woody juices shall be authorized from trees with diameter of no less than 20 cm at the height of 1,3m. Procurement of fruits and nuts shall be authorized exclusively from standing trees and shrubbery.
