Abstract The scope of this Regional Law shall be to regulate protection of forests against forest fires. In order to ensure safety regional administration shall have the right to restrict or prohibit stay of citizens in forests in the period of high risk of forest fires. All the organizations, irrespectively of the form of ownership, which activity may have impact of the state of forests, must carry out forest fire prevention arrangements under the supervision of State Forest Service. Citizens and legal persons, carrying out working or recreational activity in forests must have ready-for-use fire extinguishing means and immediately use them in case of the outbreak of forest fires.
