Abstract The scope of this Regional Law shall be to regulate protection of forests against forest fires. In order to ensure safety regional administration shall have the right to restrict or prohibit stay of citizens in forests in the period of high risk of forest fires. All the organizations, irrespectively of the form of ownership, which activity may have impact of the state of forests, must carry out forest fire prevention arrangements under the supervision of State Forest Service.
