Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of gardening, horticultural and countryside non-commercial associations of citizens. The aforesaid non-government al entities shall have the following rights: (a) farming and production of agricultural commodities in accordance with acting legislation; and (b) creation of network of gardening, horticultural and countryside associations. State support to gardening, horticultural and countryside associations shall be granted in the following forms: (a) 50 percent reduction of fees for the use of electric power and water supply and engineering infrastructure; (b) provision of land reclamation and soil improvement; and (c) ensuring plant protection against pests and weeds.
