Abstract This Regional Law determines legal and economic basis of industrial policy. It shall be applicable to mining (extraction of minerals) and electric energy generation and distribution. Basic tasks of industrial policy shall be as follows: (a) conservation and development of scientific, technical and industrial potential of the subjects of industrial activity; (b) stimulation of the introduction of innovations and ecofriendly resource saving technologies; (c) creation of favourable investment climate.
