This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes legal provisions regulating vending of liquors, state supervision in the sphere of processing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirits and enforcement of terms and conditions, envisaged by licence for the aforesaid activities. Vending of beverages with over 15 percent of alcohol contents shall be prohibited from 24 to 08 hours (local time), except for public catering facilities and restaurants. Trade of liquors and spirits without certification and labeling in accordance with state standards shall be prohibited. Trade of liquors and spirits shall be subject to compulsory licensing. State control over processing and trade of liquors and spirits shall be mandatory and shall have as its purpose checking of conformity with licensing terms and conditions.
