Abstract This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right of free stay in forests for the purpose of procurement of edible non-timber forest resources (wild growing fruits, berries, mushrooms, seeds, wood juices etc.) and medicinal plants free of charge for individual personal needs without re-sale. Collection and harvesting of non-timber edible products shall be carried out manually, without use of various mechanical tools.
