Abstract The present Law establishes legal basis for the regulation of relations in the sphere of waste disposal and is aimed at the prevention of hazardous environmental impact of industrial and consumer waste forming in the process of economic and other types of activity as well as their maximum involvement in the sphere of economic activity as additional source of raw materials.
