Abstract This Regional Law envisages timber extraction on forest parcels allotted for hunting management for the purpose of construction of hunting lodges. Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs that were allotted forest parcels for hunting management shall have the right to: (a) access to information related to allotted forest parcel; (b) sow forage and protection plants; and (c) harvest forage vegetation. Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs that were allotted forest parcels for hunting management must: (a) install information boards warning of the purposeful use of forest parcels along their boundaries; (b) observe forest fire rules and regulations; (c) upon expiry of lease contracts restore the required state of forest parcels; and (d) compensate damages caused to the forests.
