Abstract This Regional Law regulates some forest relations within the limits of plenary powers conceded to the Region by the federal legislation. In particular, it establishes the modalities procurement and collection on non-timber forest products by citizens for individual personal needs, procurement of edible forest resources and medicinal plants, exceptional cases of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contract for forest species and forest management for hunting purposes.
