Abstract Regional executive bodies shall have the following plenary powers in the sphere of wild fauna management: (a) protection of wild fauna species except for those populating protected areas; (b) regulation of wildlife management except for species populating protected areas; (c) restrictions of wildlife management; (d) monitoring of wild fauna species; (e) issuance of nominal and general hunting permits and control over hunting gear; and (f) keeping of regional Red Book of rare, protected and endangered wild fauna species.
