Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force on 1 April 2013.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of provision with complete additional nutrition on preferential terms or free of charge of pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age. Expenditure for supply of the aforesaid nutrition and infant food shall be covered by the regional budget. Provision of pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age with complete and full-value nutrition shall be subordinated to issuance of medical certificate.
