Abstract This Regional Law lists wild fauna species subject to commercial hunting: (a) mammals – hoofed animals (wild boar, elk); (b) bears – brown bear; (c) fur bearing animals – wolf, fox, raccoon dog, lynx, badger, marten, ermine, the European polecat, mink, polar hare, the European beaver, the Canadian beaver, mole, squirrel, muskrat; and (d) birds – geese, brent geese, ducks, wood grouse, black grouse, hazel grouse, partridge and woodcock.
