This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law determines the modalities of procurement and collection of non-timber forest products, including edible resources and medicinal plants, by citizens for individual personal needs. Citizens shall be granted the right of free stay in forests and to procure, collect and harvest for individual personal needs wild growing fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms and other edible and non-edible non-timber forestry products free of charge.
