Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of study, management, development and protection of natural healthcare, recreational resources and spas. The aforesaid areas can be classified as regional and local by regional executive bodies. Mineral water in healthcare areas and spas can be used for industrial bottling. Mineral water deposits and medicinal muds shall be managed in accordance with licence. In the process of natural healthcare and medicinal resources local monitoring thereof shall be carried out at the expense of manager of natural resources. Natural healthcare resources and areas shall have the status of protected areas.
