Abstract This Regional Law establishes jurisdictional competence of regional state bodies in the sphere of regulation of tourism. Regional Government shall have the following competence: (a) implementation of state policy; (b) determination of priority objectives in the sphere of tourism; (c) ensures access to tourism resources; and (d) sets up information databases related to tourism.
