Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of forest management by state forest service for proper needs, rates and modalities of allotment of timber waste, dead wood, fuelwood, and also standing timber (for intermediate and clear sanitary felling) and service land allotment. Forest districts shall be granted the right to allot to forest service officers 10 cubic metres of standing timber for fuelwood applying minimum rate of payment, and 15 cubic metres of timber waste and dead wood free of charge. Forest service officers shall be granted the right of allotment free of charge of 0,2 ha of arable and 3,0 ha of land for haymaking. Decision-making related to service land allotment to the officers and retired employees shall be performed by the authorized federal forest management body.
