Abstract This Regional Law attributes to local government plenary powers for state support of the producers of agricultural commodities in relation to partial compensation of interests for credits allocated by the Russian crediting organizations, loans allocated by consumer cooperatives to citizens carrying out subsistence farming, peasant farms and agricultural cooperatives.
