This Regional law enters into force on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Regional Law attributes to local government plenary powers for state support of the producers of agricultural commodities in relation to partial compensation of interests for credits allocated by the Russian crediting organizations, loans allocated by consumer cooperatives to citizens carrying out subsistence farming, peasant farms and agricultural cooperatives. The aforesaid plenary powers shall be granted to local government for an indefinite period of time.
