This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Citizens shall have the right to carry out procurement and harvesting of non-timber forest resources, edible forest resources (wild growing fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms and other edible species) and collection of medicinal herbs by citizens for individual personal needs without any authorization and free of charge (art. 1).
