Abstract This Regional law establishes the modalities of elaboration and preparation of regional land use planning documentation, submittal thereof to competent body and the modalities of realization thereof that classifies the type of territory in accordance with aggregation of social, ecological and economic factors ensuring sustainable development of the territory. Land use planning documentation must contain zoning particular types of territory with use restrictions, distribution of engineering infrastructure and other graphic materials.
