Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the process of vending of liquors. Organizations vending liquors must declare the amount of sold liquors. Vending of liquors shall be subject to mandatory licensing. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) trade of liquors in children’s institutions, educational and medical institutions; (b) in public transport; (c) without licence; (d) without certification and labelling; and (e) trade of homemade liquors. All the issued licences for trade of liquors shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Maximum period of validity of licence for vending of liquors shall be five years.
