Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of provision of pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age with full nutritional value feeding. It shall be applicable to persons originating from the families (single persons) whose per capita average income is less than minimum subsistence level. Provision of the aforesaid categories of citizens with full nutritional value feeding shall be done in the form of compensation payments finalized for the purchase of foodstuffs (art. 1).
